Logient’s solution

Logient’s Salesforce specialists implemented several solutions in Matcha Assurance’s digital ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, to facilitate the exchange of information among employees. These solutions connect the sales team to the marketing team, and centralize customer relationship management, customer needs analyses, operational reports and communication tools all in one place. Both teams can now work with the same data and collaborate more effectively, leading to a joint progression of the marketing-to-sales funnel.

To meet the client’s requirements for lead management, Logient integrated various third-party systems into the overall solution. Together, these have optimized call management, helping the sales team manage leads more efficiently through standardized business processes. Logient also automated several administrative tasks to allow the sales team to focus their efforts on closing opportunities.

Ensuring the success of the project required several steps, from business analysis to solution architecture design to data importation. It also required the creation of documentation and user guides that would allow Logient’s solution architects to develop a solution adapted to the customer’s current and future needs, and to facilitate the adoption of this new tool.

The solution, deployed in the fall of 2023, has been widely adopted across Matcha Assurance, and has helped to centralize customer relationship management, improve communication and collaboration between teams, and increase employee capacity and productivity. Since the solution is scalable, Matcha Assurance can adjust to the future needs of the firm and support its growth, thanks to the integration options and customization capabilities available in Salesforce.
