Belron Canada

A strategic team of IT experts for the modernization of a point-of-sale system

Belron Canada was considering modernizing its point-of-sale (POS) system to support the company’s growth. The downturn in the pandemic provided the ideal opportunity to launch the project. In addition to offering a significant technological upgrade to a modern platform, the new POS system aimed to enhance the customer and employee experience, adding flexibility to meet the evolving needs of the automotive industry.

The company was looking for the right strategic partner to create a team of IT experts that would allow it to move up a gear while remaining flexible to move up a gear while remaining flexible, and integrate naturally with existing teams and processes. A major challenge was to deliver the new functionalities to Belron platform users in less than three months.

Logient's solution

Suitalent, now part of the Logient Group, has had a relationship with Belron Canada since 2019 and is familiar with the company's culture. Sharing the same delivery philosophy, their POS system project was therefore an ideal opportunity to demonstrate our strategic value as a partner.

Belron's main concern was the integration of new resources and its impact on existing team dynamics, so our consultants meticulously selected IT experts to build an agile team based on the organization's needs.
Collaborative approach to quickly assess and understand the customer's IT and business needs.
Recruiting a squad of external consultants for a lean, fast and accessible approach to complete the mandate on time.

The key to the collaboration between the stakeholders is the creation of a team that reflects Belron's values and complements its corporate culture.
