The mobile team particularly appreciates the projects they work on, proving to be innovative and stimulating, with artistic component appealing to each person’s visionary talents. Geolocation, Bluetooth, smart objects, visual recognition, augmented reality… The possibilities for mobile development are almost endless! In this team of IT experts with diverse backgrounds, humour is raw, people talk loudly, but passion is always present!
Collaboration reigns within the .NET development team, the largest at Logient. Regardless of the innovation or maintenance project type, all of its employees get involved. No need for a pep talk for .NET experts since the nature of the projects and the use of new technologies, notably the Microsoft Azure cloud and ASP .NET Core, are in themselves a great source of motivation. This team also has the expertise to explore other avenues, for example Android and Angular development projects. Its members describe themselves as a relaxed group where things move fast and, above all, a team where everyone masters dynamic social activities.
Connected objects, virtual platforms, systems integration: projects are varied for the members of the Logient development team called “Embedded”. Everyone is autonomous and works to achieve their innovative project. However, all say “present” if any of their own needs help. Discretion, friendly atmosphere, fun and great complicity between members characterize this busy team of IT experts, which will be even more so in the future given the growing demand for connected objects on a global scale.
A committed team in which a smile, politeness, mutual support and mutual aid are omnipresent. Java development experts like to operate in an environment where everyone can be independent and where responsibilities abound. They are jacks-of-all-trades comfortable with a host of technologies. They rely on a Debugging Rubber Duck to answer their questions and work in innovative frameworks.
Quality Assurance (QA)
Quality assurance specialists, or QAs as they are called, support developers throughout the project integration process. They use a variety of innovative techniques and tools: development guided by tests, robots, etc. Their non-traditional methods and the chance they have to advance their software development skills stimulate them. Their objective? Making sure the puppet dances well! How do they reach it? Making sure every one of its strings does a flawless job.
The web development team is never one to back down from a new challenge. The dynamism of this group can be explained, among other things, by the average age of its members, the lowest within Logient, and by its motivation to meet the challenges that the projects entail. Its seriousness mixed with a passion for coding (and a few lunch breaks that turn into a Muay Thai session) is the recipe for a successful cocktail that will blend fully with your ideas.
Process Integration (SAP)
The newest team in the large Logient family, the SAP team is a rare commodity in the industry. Niche and hyper-specialized in PI, PO and Cloud Integration, its members are used to large organizations. This passionate team lives and breathes SAP and puts its expertise to the benefit of major companies. Fun fact: we found out at the last Christmas party that they are coordinated when it comes to dancing like Travolta!
The Diversity of Our IT Teams Creates Our Complementarity
Our IT experts are grouped into development teams according to the technologies that fascinate them, drive them and challenge them. Within each of these teams, a technical expert shares his or her knowledge and motivates each employee to surpass themselves. A team leader ensures the management and maintenance of a spirit of solidarity and that the projects run smoothly. Logient encourages its teams to push the boundaries of innovation and its employees to develop their versatility by changing groups if they wish to tame new technologies for a tailor-made career and a unique employee experience!
