Logient acquires Abilis PI and expands its offer

Logient recently completed its acquisition of Abilis PI, an IT firm specialized in IT integration and support processes. Effective May 1st 2019, this merger will enable Logient to consolidate its offer of customized software development and digital transformation support for companies. As a matter of fact, this know-how perfectly fits with the company’s existing software development and consulting services for the optimization of corporate business processes and productivity.

Abilis PI is a renowned IT systems integrator. The company designs applications for interconnectivity, and architecture analysis, as well as service management and support systems. The addition of these additional services will enable Logient to master all technologies and software development phases.

For Logient, this transaction also entails the addition of fifteen engineers, software architects and developers to its existing team. Roland Louis, Vice-Président – process integration will be in charge of this new team. In addition to his 18 years of experience in the industry, Mr Louis is well known in the SAP community since he was the technical trainer and mentor in charge of all SAP public courses.
