Hi Delphine. To start, can you tell us more about Advisory Services at Logient?

Absolutely! Advisory Services at Logient is all about connecting IT experts with the companies that need them. We match our clients with prequalified professionals, whether for short-term assignments or for managing entire teams. Our mission is to provide highly skilled IT specialists who can seamlessly integrate into our clients’ projects.

What types of clients benefit the most from your services?

Our clients are primarily large enterprises and mid-sized companies with significant IT needs. These organizations invest heavily in technology to improve efficiency, stay competitive, deliver better customer experiences, make smarter decisions, or secure their digital environments. The Advisory Services team fully understands these complex business needs and challenges that are critical to their success.

Our clients also have a wide range of expectations when it comes to experience levels and support models. We know them well and are ready to respond—whether they need senior or intermediate profiles, architects, managers, developers, or testers.

How do you ensure both speed and quality in such a competitive market?

Our team operates on two key pillars: the account director, who understands the client’s business and technology needs, and the recruiter, who knows where to find the right talent and specializes by domain and technical profile. We’re a team of about fifteen people managing around 150 consultants on assignment at any given time.

Speed is absolutely crucial. That’s why we rely on automation and AI to handle routine tasks and free up time for high-value activities. Our recruiters and account directors work hand in hand to ensure our clients get rapid, high-quality responses.

What’s your approach to managing the Advisory Services team and maximizing efficiency?

I strongly believe in collective intelligence and the creativity that comes from collaboration—it’s a core part of our approach at Logient. My team is made up of experts I fully trust. I like to involve them in discussions and ask for their perspectives. For me, it’s essential to create an environment where everyone feels heard and can contribute to our shared success. In a performance-driven, fast-paced context, it’s those human relationships that make all the difference.

Can you give an example where your team’s expertise really stood out?

We’re constantly under pressure, often with only a few hours to respond in a way that truly differentiates us. The demands never stop, and we have to stay ready and engaged at all times. Today, our team has reached a level of efficiency that reinforces our client positioning. While others have lost accreditations, we’ve maintained ours—and even gained new ones. What sets us apart is our long-term, transparent approach with clients, allowing us to step back and see the bigger picture. Our results speak for themselves: the team truly makes a difference.

What are the current and future challenges for Advisory Services?

Clients are increasingly looking for partners willing to share in the risks of major projects. This pushes us to evolve our engagement models and offer more comprehensive solutions. Artificial intelligence is another big factor—we need to continue integrating it into our processes to stay competitive and deliver even stronger service.

We have a talented and ambitious team that’s well-positioned with our clients. We’ll keep adapting to market needs, refining our practices, and leveraging advanced tools.
