Actuarial Services SAI

Web application for the management and consultation of Individual Pension Plans (IPPs)

SAI Actuarial Services is looking for a partner to develop an application to manage individual pension plans (IPPs) for clients of a dozen partners on the Canadian market. The web application will allow an administrative user (internal to SAI) to securely publish content in read-only mode for each of the partners and each of the partner’s clients. Clients will also be able to download the information contained in the application in PDF format.

To meet SAI’s demand, Logient offers a solution developed on the Azure platform. To reduce costs and share development efforts, the administrative client and the partner client will be developed in the same application. Role-based security will limit access to the administrative client only to the SAI administrator. The total number of users of the application should not exceed 50.

Result

Clients and partners have access to all documents, on the same platform, in a secure manner.

The application is divided into two types of access :

The administrative interface, a VCM application that allows an administrative user at SAI to manage clients, participants, IPPs and documents.

The Partner Client, a web-based application that allows partners to view the data and documents provided by the administrative user.
